Walked Montana Pelada with Sophie and getting back saw quite a few out in SW and looked fairly steady for offshore wind. Rigged 95l with single 25cm fin and 6m. Wind a lot gustier than it looked and swirling a bit. Had OK hour then tired after walk and still getting over cold from few days ago. Warm in shortie.
Good to see board OK with single fin, slower than expected but no one going quick except for slalom trainers. Some good freestylers out too. Enjoyed it as unexpected sail in offshore winds. Good sandstorms on Montana Rocha to spice things up and warn what was coming!
